Returns PolicyReturn Policy:
We will accept postage paid returns within 15 days of purchase after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Items must be in original packaging in new condition with all tags intact. On approved returns we will refund the item price less all shipping costs. .
We are happy to assist you with exchanges made within 15 days. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost to send out the new exchanged item. Items sent back for exchange must be in the same new condition as received with all tags intact. Please contact us prior to sending an item for exchange to help expedite the process.

We normally ship within two business days of receipt of payment. Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase.
Shipping Policy:
Most shipments within the United States ship via Priority Mail. Some smaller items may ship via First Class Mail. Most International Shipments now ship by dhl or Express Mail. On smaller orders Canadian customer may choose First Class Mail shipping with the understanding that this is a much slower shipping method.
